We thank you for your commitment to Collegiate School and your interest in Collegiate School’s Aftercare Program. Our Aftercare Program is available to any current student from 3pm to 5:30pm, when school is open for a monthly flat fee of $200.

For Collegiate’s Aftercare Program to thrive we are requiring all parents and guardians to read the following statements, initial, and then sign and date that you read the entire contract in full. Failure to return this contract within two-three business days will result in termination of your eligibility to use Collegiate School’s Aftercare Program.

A child's school day including aftercare can be a long day for a young child. Collegiate School understands that traffic, work, accidents, family emergencies can make a parent late to pick up their child from Aftercare. However, it is the parent's responsibility to make sure that their child/children are picked up on time from aftercare
A child's school day including aftercare can be a long day for a young child. Collegiate School understands that traffic, work, accidents, family emergencies can make a parent late to pick up their child from Aftercare. However, it is the parent's responsibility to make sure that their child/children are picked up on time from aftercare. If you are going to be late then it is solely the parent's responsibility to make arrangements for someone else to pick up their child, and to notify school of this change. Failure to pick up on time can result in a late fee and chronic lateness can result in not being eligible to use Collegiate's Aftercare Program

Collegiate School participates with programs, like 4Cs of Passiac, to help eligible families with childcare assistance.
Families who participate in the 4Cs program and similar programs are eligible to use Collegiate School Before and Aftercare Programs. The hours are 7:30 to 6:00p.m. However ALL 4Cs parents must adhere to the Collegiate
